About the Company

At Zeeman, a Dutch-based international company, we are looking for a motivated student eager to learn for an internship position in the Human Resources department, working closely with the Senior HR Advisor. This role, which operates in both English and Spanish, is designed to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience, combining business partnering tasks with key HR communication and administrative projects. It’s a unique opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment, covering Spain and Portugal, with a strong international focus.

About the Role

Administrative and Operational Support: Draft and prepare letters related to disciplinary actions, internal communications, and general HR documentation in both English and Spanish. Business Partnering: Collaborate with regional leaders to identify team needs, participate in employee relations interviews, and assist in conflict resolution processes. Project Management: Take part in strategic HR initiatives, such as internal communication programs, employee well-being projects, and organizational improvement efforts, ensuring effective communication in English and Spanish. Labor Relations and Union Support: Assist in preparing union meetings and follow up on agreements made. Case Management: Support the handling of disciplinary processes, employee records, and other HR-related incidents. Analysis and Reporting: Prepare reports and monitor key HR metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Final-year university or master’s student, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus), with the ability to draft and communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured manner.
  • Interest in gaining experience in a dynamic, international, and multicultural workplace.
  • Basic experience in HR is required.
